This map is hacked, the newest official map is 8.1zr. If you look in the forums of http://cafe.naver.com/focs (the official homepage) and translate a few headlines with google translator, you can see it for yourself:
현재 배틀넷에 돌아다니는 8.2, 8.3, 8.4~ 해킹맵입니다. = "You wander around on Battle.net 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, ~ is a map hack."
파이트 오브 캐릭터즈 8.1zr (분할 +스티큐브) = "Fight Of kaerikteojeu 8.1zr (split + Frosty Cube)"
I think they will only release a version 8.2 when they add a new hero (like neiji for 8.1)

How do you use those maps? they aren't in traditional warcraft 3 format like 99% of my custom maps.

it doesn't really bother me if this map is fake or not... so long as it got new heroes and stuff..... I'm gonna play it....
