i am wondering how if foc create anoither characters like final fantasy,sauint seiya,sailor moon,etc?maybe another famous anime?

Hmmm.. i think they're only putting anime characters not video games.. if im not mistaken the only anime they put is a hit anime of today (bleach,naruto etc) or hit of the past (ex. yu yu hakusho).. or if its not hit they're fav anime (tsukihime)..

aaaand, they only put the existing character in wc3, somehow they're ripping character skin from other map -cmiiw-

For me, maybe can put another anime, like: -Hunter x Hunter -Trigun -Saint Seiya -Yuyu Hakusho ( more characters)
